I wouldn’t say anyone is trying to get free stuff. No, people have the right to be upset, but it becomes hard for me because I’m just as frustrated. I want people to get their items on time and I hate it if anyone has a lost parcel, but that part isn’t up to me. Maybe I take things too personally, but I know when someone orders something from me I want it to just look so nice and happy. I take pride in what I do and maybe I gotta just take a break for a while and relax. I do this because I love making crafts and will only make stuff I really like to make. I just don’t wanna see like a bad person T_T because I can’t respond to so many people so fast and I have to juggle a full-time job, personal life with family, and my health. (My rapidly declining health T_T)
